We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage employee onboarding and candidate management
- Support general HR administrative duties / projects
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in technical/technology hiring is highly advantageous
- Independent, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills able to engage professionally at all levels
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
