What You'll Be Doing

Learn & Lead - Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
Source Top Talent - Hunt for candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
Screen & Assess - Identify the best candidates and conduct qualification interviews.
Negotiate & Close - Support candidates through salary discussions and job offers.
Ensure Smooth Onboarding - Help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
Track & Report - Stay organized and keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity.

What You Bring

Education: ITE or Diploma
Experience: 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT experience is a plus!)
Skills:

• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Solid negotiation abilities
• Goal-driven and able to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  Bonus: Experience with 180 or 360 recruitment models is a plus!
