Business Development Associate (Freelance)

Note: This is a freelance, commission-based engagement. You will be remunerated based on performance (e.g., per qualified lead, confirmed meeting, and successful placement). Expected earnings range between SGD 1,000 - 3,500/month depending on output.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation and client outreach activities. You will play a key role in opening doors to new client opportunities, building initial connections, and setting up meetings for our consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across various industries in Singapore.
• Conduct outreach (via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to connect with potential clients.
• Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria and schedule meetings with decision makers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and progress.
• Represent GYK TalenSync professionally in all communications.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with client outreach.
• Ability to follow structured processes and scripts when needed.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development will be an advantage, but not required.
