Serve as the primary contact point for exchange account managers and partnership teams.
Monitor client-related initiatives, track updates, and ensure alignment with internal business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance) to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of exchange-related activities.
Assist in negotiations and discussions on commercial terms.
Conduct market research on exchange ecosystem trends and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management on exchange relationship developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or client relationship roles, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and digital asset market landscape.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage external stakeholders effectively.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment.
Proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
