Calling polytechnic diploma holders to apply for the position of Technical Coordinator (Architectural Submission). You will assist with drafting and technical support to the project team and coordinate the statutory documentation process for our architectural projects.
Job Description
- Work with Project Lead to provide solutions
- Ensures drawing production is on schedule
- Providing specifications and detailed drawings on architectural works
- Coordinate with external team members to resolve related problems and issues
- Identify and resolve technical and regulatory issues on drawings
- Ensure compliance to local standards and codes
- Prepare and update drawings and documentation in accordance with project milestones and regulatory requirements
- Maintain CAD standards in the drawings
Requirements
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience in Corenet submission process to FSSD, URA, BCA, etc
- Familiar with Singapore standards and building regulations
- Able to handle correspondence with Authorities and project team
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Systematic, proactive and self-motivated
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Singapore citizen/PR
