Architect
Seeking Architect with at least 3 years of local experience to assist with the architectural design and project management of projects.
Job Description
- Work on/Lead the architectural design and project management of projects
- Work with Management, Clients, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders
- Attend site meetings
- Review drawings and ensure compliance on local regulations, bylaws and building codes
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure best possible outcome for the project
- Project scheduling and budgeting and drawings production
- Work independently and in a team
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (recognized by BOA)
- Minimum 3 years experience working on commercial and residential projects and civic institutions
- Competent in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D software, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations and Authority submission processes
- Self-driven candidate with motivation and initiative
- Singapore Citizen/Singapore PR
