Job Description: Senior Project Executive
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Coordinate with external stakeholders and contractors to support smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and IT teams, to align project requirements and delivery.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all PM checklist items are completed for each store.
Manage and rectify defects in newly completed works.
Design and sample Compliance
Review and cross-check all franchisee and contractor drawings, mock ups, and samples to ensure alignment with design guidelines and brand standards.
Organize design guideline briefing session for all new contractors
Task & Deadline Management
Work under tight deadlines to meet specific project timelines.
Update project task lists and trackers regularly for all assigned projects, and proactively highlight potential risks, delays, or red flags to the Regional Project Manager.
Complete any tasks assigned by the Regional Project Manager efficiently and promptly.
Financial Oversight
Verify claims and payments for contractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
Liaison Role
Act as the primary liaison between the company and contractors/vendors to resolve project and facilities-related issues, including payments.
Vendor Management
Assist in managing vendors to ensure quality service, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Store Openings
Ensure that new and future store fittings and franchise items are properly organized and prepared for openings.
Ad-hoc Duties
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Project Manager.
Qualifications
Diploma in project management, architecture or related field
Minimally 5 years experience in project management / Architecture / Interior Design field
Experience with project management/AutoCad software
Strong written and verbal communication in English / Mandarin
Able to plan and organize, enjoys coordinating and doing liaison work
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent multitasking skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
