Our client is a reputable company in maritime operations, seeking a Technical Assistant to provide essential technical and administrative support within the marine or engineering team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical documentation and reporting related to maritime operations.
- Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with various internal teams.
- Prepare and draft professional correspondences and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) efficiently for documentation and reporting.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related engineering discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in maritime operations or a similar technical support role.
- Meticulous, diligent, and professional work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
