Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the company.
  • Source, attract, and assess candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance the overall talent acquisition function.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to employer branding, creating a compelling narrative to attract top talent to the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand skill requirements and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 to 5 years of full-time work experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with a strong focus on candidate screening.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern screening techniques and industry-specific requirements.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
  • Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity.
