Responsibilities:
. Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organisation
. Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers
. Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels
. Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations
. Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions
. Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements
. Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks
. Track recruitment KPIs, metrics and reports for management review
. Oversee onboarding processes, documentation and new hire orientation
. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team
Requirements:
. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
. At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record
. Excellent communication skills, interviewing and relationship building skills
. People-oriented, confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment
