Our client is a leading Integrated Chip Design Center, with a growing regional presence. The Singapore team is expanding and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across Southeast Asia, with a focus on identifying and relocating top technical talent to China.

This role offers strong regional exposure and the opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing semiconductor organization at the forefront of chip design innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, primarily within IC design, semiconductor, and R&D functions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HQ stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
• Manage candidate experience, interviews, offers, and relocation coordination
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies

Requirements

2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from a top-tier MNC or reputable technology organization
Prior experience recruiting technical or engineering roles is highly preferred
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage due to frequent interaction with China-based teams
