In the acquisition process, this role is pivotal to the fulfillment of open roles for the respective business. You will be responsible for assessing the fit of both skills and culture to the respective open roles, working closely with the HR Business Partner and HRSS colleagues and hiring managers through the offer into the final stages including ensuring that the candidates are ready for the first-day of work. This role will play a significant role in managing stakeholders queries, expectations on the open roles and candidate status.
Responsibilities
- Pivotal in understanding the scope of the roles and ensuring the role descriptions are accurate, actionable and updated.
- Key role in providing strategic input on design and responsible for executing the recruiting strategy, working in tangent with the sourcing team once the strategy has been agreed with the Hiring Managers and/or HR Business Partners.
- Has depth in the business growth plans, demand of skills and the movements within the workforce plan to effectively manage the fulfillment requirements accordingly.
- Provides real-time market intel of the talent market around compensation, hiring trends to help the business leaders better manage and anticipate workforce requirements. and planning.
- Provides regular well-documented reporting on the status of the fulfillment process, the candidate pool as well as market intel to the business leaders,HR Business Partners.
- Performs final level assessment of candidate's skills (using the skill-based assessment approach) and matches candidates suitability to the list of open positions, making offers and closing the candidates to be ready for onboarding.
- Acts as the key point of contact in the offer stages, working closely with HR Business Partners to enhance the success of the placement.
- Conduit to the candidate's onboarding journey into FPG, working closely with the HRSS colleagues to ensure that candidates have a positive experience.
- Build a community with candidates, maintaining contacts with candidates and having a working level of understanding of their job search aspirations and needs.
- Actively use technology as a tool to aid in creating the best candidate experiences by capturing candidate data accurately for use of job opportunity blast and for skills search - enhancing the internal talent database for future hires and organizations needs, diligently upkeeping data reports for reporting and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to scope the role requirements based on both hard and soft skills, design the talent outreach and acquisition approaches to present a shortlist for selection.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and hold different types of interview techniques - structured, skill-based assessment with candidates/talents managing candidate feedback to offer negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to organize large scale recruitment assessment centers - from design of simple psychometric test to work samples, exercise etc.
- Demonstrated business engagement and management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement strong attention to details and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- A strong adopter of technology and digital platforms and is comfortable working with data in aid of the sourcing and assessment activities.
- Enjoys managing varieties of work demands and priorities with a sense of urgency for deadlines and outcomes, and prepared to learn how to better each assignment, development new ways of skills and taking a mindset of growth.
- Always possess a can-do attitude, motivated by achieving goals and results and equally driven by the learnings from the process.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience and proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for Digital & Technology or Corporate roles in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior experience working within an in-house role and an understanding of the associated nuances would be advantageous.
