System Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Implement and track Change Requests (CRs) and vendor solutions
• Manage technical refresh, obsolescence, and system health
• Oversee patching, uptime monitoring, and incident handling
• Support procurement, audits, and invoice verification

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain system SLAs and perform contract management
• Coordinate power servicing and stakeholder communication
• Review technical documentation and vendor deliverables
• Assist in budget tracking, forecasts, and reporting
