Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders - end-users, project managers, and technical team to document detailed requirements for the workflow application includes gathering information about business processes, user workflows, and system integration points
  • Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through the implementation of the regional workflow solution.
  • Working closely with technical teams to design and document the workflow application's functional specifications. Ensure Processes and solutions design meet compliance & security requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimized both system and work processes, Evaluate and identify suitable technology for workflow solution and Custom Web and mobile Applications
  • Assisting in the development of user training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the workflow application.
  • Support solution development and integration across the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Drive for team's research and develop technical prototypes for new product features, identify system improvement

Requirement:

  • Needs to have experience in developing custom workflows using App Engine.
  • Exhibit stronger knowledge in both technical end as well be able to leverage business process skills and technical skills in order to effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions to support business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology related field); other advanced degree is a plus
  • 1-5+ years experience in Workflow-based application; participate in minimum 4 end-to-end solution implementations/rollouts is preferable
  • Experience delivering consulting engagements, managing customer expectations, and a command of the collaboration technologies and other components that make up ServiceNow/SharePoint collaboration product family.
  • Deep technical knowledge and also possess the communication skills and organizational agility to guide customers through projects
  • Good knowledge ServiceNow platform
  • Good knowledge in Java, Microservices, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as AzureDevOps will be advantage
  • Self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
  • Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success
