Senior Lead Engineer

• Providing guidelines & assessment criteria to consider systems for automation
• Establish best practice and standards, as well as suggest possible adoption of new tools for automation, considering its ROI and improvement opportunities
• Recommend and institute methodologies to ensure change failure rate is kept at a low level
• Plan, design and gather use cases for automation design
• Manage solution delivery with in-house resources and vendors while adhering to secure by design framework
• Build & deploy automation scripts, including coordination of user acceptance testing (unit & performance testing)
• Involved in arranging the change release schedule
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of automation systems to meet the needs of the organization
• Execute proactive & reactive action to ensure performance & capacity of automation services met agreed targets and to ensure continuous availability and uptime of our automation systems
• Minimize response time needed to resolve incidents or outages, while ensuring the quality of incident response
• Provide insights specific to developed systems on the handling of major incidents & problem
• Improve user satisfaction with the automated systems, through analyzing user feedback on its effectiveness and efficiency

Job Requirements

• Conduct overall service review and process maturity assessment and generate necessary service review reports
• Keeps abreast of latest technologies related to workflow automation.
