Application Engineer (Security technologies)

Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, configuration, and software setup of specialized security and detection systems.
• Respond to and manage sales product inquiries with technical knowledge and professionalism.
• Deliver and deploy equipment according to post-sales procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and conduct regular servicing of deployed systems.
• Troubleshoot and carry out diagnostic analysis for equipment faults or failures.
• Provide timely repair services and liaise with vendors or internal teams for complex fixes.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare basic service or incident reports.
• Support customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and offering professional technical assistance.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or related fields).
• Experience working with security, defense, or detection systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software setup, system configuration, or field service work.
• Self-motivated with a keen attitude to learn and handle new technologies.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, software installations, and basic networking.
• Able to travel locally for on-site support when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
