System Administrator (Cloud) – Cloud Operations & Support (Network & Endpoint Protection Engineer)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilledSystem Administrator (Cloud)with strong expertise innetwork and endpoint protection. You will be responsible for supporting cloud operations, managing network security infrastructure, and ensuring secure connectivity across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies while working in a collaborative IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintainPalo Alto FirewallsandGlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshootAWS networking components(VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
• Support endpoint protection, access controls, and enforcement of network security policies.
• Respond to network-related incidents and service requests in line withITIL processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and change management.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience withPalo Alto FirewallandVPN solutions.
• Knowledge ofAWS Cloud networking services.
• Familiarity withendpoint protection toolsand security best practices.
• Exposure toITIL-based service managementprocesses.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
