About the Role
We are seeking passionate Platform Operations Engineers across multiple levels (Associate / Consultant / Senior Consultant) to join our team supporting large-scale ICT infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-level infrastructure services, managing data centre operations, and ensuring reliable, secure, and sustainable systems for public sector agencies.
This role is based onsite at a government agency office in Mapletree Business City.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise infrastructure services (network, servers, backup, desktop).
- Manage data centre & server room operations to ensure service continuity.
- Drive new initiatives & enhancements in network/server technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams & vendors to deliver infrastructure service projects.
- Work with central ICT capability teams to design best-fit infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee monitoring, incident resolution, and change management.
- Manage procurement lifecycle: budgeting, vendor selection, invoicing.
- Develop and track IT budget forecasts and expenditure.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for infrastructure projects & new initiatives.
- Support architecture review & governance processes to ensure resilience and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- 2-10 years relevant experience in ICT infrastructure operations (network, server, data centre, or cloud).
- Strong technical knowledge of network & server administration, infrastructure security, and system monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in data centre operations, vendor management, disaster recovery.
- Prior exposure to Singapore Government IT systems (advantage).
- Proactive, organised, and resourceful professional with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
