- Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
- Setting up new workstations, installing and configuring software and hardware, and managing user accounts
- Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer

- Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
