Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods, materials, and services across the organization. Key responsibilities include managing procurement activities, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating logistics and supplier relationships, and ensuring operational processes meet company standards and business objectives. The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing costs, and supporting the implementation of efficient operational strategies. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations, resolve operational issues, and enhance overall efficiency, quality, and productivity across procurement and logistics functions.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement operations, and logistics coordination
• Familiarity with inventory management, supplier relations, and distribution processes
• Strong understanding of procurement planning, order management, and operational workflow optimization
• Ability to analyze supply chain data, monitor performance metrics, and support cost reduction initiatives
• Proficiency in preparing operational reports, maintaining supply chain records, and managing documentation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of compliance standards, operational procedures, and risk management practices
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and meet business deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Professional certifications in supply chain or procurement management are an advantage
• Strong reporting, coordination, and documentation skills
