Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring efficient coordination of procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities. The role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, analyzing supply chain performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Supply Chain Manager will also manage procurement planning, oversee shipment and delivery schedules, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with operational policies and quality standards. The role requires strong analytical and organizational abilities to support demand planning, risk management, and continuous operational improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities, improving workflow efficiency, and maintaining effective communication across cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and inventory control processes
· Ability to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies and operational plans
· Experience in vendor management, supplier coordination, and procurement planning
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to monitor inventory levels and optimize distribution and logistics operations
· Familiarity with supply chain systems, reporting tools, and data analysis processes
· Knowledge of operational compliance, quality standards, and risk management practices
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments and external partners
· Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently
· Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization strategies
· Professional certifications related to supply chain or logistics management are considered an advantage
