Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient coordination of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities. The role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and maintain high service and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, coordinating shipment schedules, analyzing supply chain data, and identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also includes supporting demand forecasting, risk management, vendor performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and supply chain sustainability. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while maintaining high operational standards and service quality.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and inventory control operations
· Ability to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies and operational plans
· Experience in supplier management, vendor negotiation, and procurement coordination
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to monitor inventory levels and optimize logistics and distribution processes
· Familiarity with supply chain systems, reporting tools, and operational analysis methods
· Knowledge of compliance standards, quality management, and risk mitigation practices
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
· Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
· Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization strategies
· Professional certifications related to supply chain or logistics management are considered an advantage
