Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager / Procurement Specialist / Procurement Assistant to support procurement operations, supply chain coordination, and vendor management activities. The role involves assisting with sourcing suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating logistics and purchasing activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to support operational requirements. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, evaluating supplier quotations, maintaining procurement records, tracking shipments, and supporting cost control and process improvement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient supply chain operations, compliance with procurement procedures, and effective communication throughout the purchasing and distribution process. The Supply Chain Manager / Procurement Specialist / Procurement Assistant will assist in analyzing operational data, preparing reports, supporting inventory management, and identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and operational performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement processes, and inventory management principles

· Ability to source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and coordinate purchasing activities effectively

· Familiarity with logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and vendor management processes

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

· Knowledge of supply chain systems, procurement tools, and reporting processes

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement and supply chain tasks simultaneously

· Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives

· Strong reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination skills

· Professional certifications related to supply chain or procurement management are considered an advantage
