Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager / Procurement Specialist / Procurement Assistant. The position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely sourcing of goods and services, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities include vendor identification and evaluation, negotiating contracts and pricing, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to understand material requirements, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. In addition, the position requires analyzing market trends, tracking supplier performance, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks across the supply chain.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain operations
Familiarity with supplier management, contract negotiation, and purchasing systems
Ability to analyze data and support cost optimization initiatives
Proficiency in inventory planning and demand coordination
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of compliance standards and procurement policies
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
