Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily supply chain operations, coordinating procurement activities, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods across the supply network. Key responsibilities include developing supply chain strategies, optimizing logistics processes, managing supplier relationships, and improving operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, identifying process improvements, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between procurement, warehousing, production, and distribution teams. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in maintaining product availability, reducing operational costs, and supporting overall business objectives through effective planning and coordination.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and logistics operations
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management processes
• Ability to analyze supply chain data and optimize operational performance
• Knowledge of transportation planning and vendor coordination practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain planning and reporting tools
• Understanding of compliance standards and operational procedures within supply chain environments
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications related to supply chain or logistics are a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
