Job Title: Supervisor, Supply Chain & Logistics
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities
- Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
- Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse activities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- To carry out tasks assigned by immediate manager or management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level, or at least minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively organising and managing warehouse workflows
- Proven leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
