JOB SUMMARY
Manage a team of Planners and Planning Assistant to meet customer demand, ensure smooth production and maintain budgeted inventory level.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare Production Plan based on Sales forecast, production capacity and material availability.
2. Monitor production output and coordinate with related departments to ensure on schedule Finished Good delivery.
3. Ensure no line stop due to material shortage.
4. Maintain budgeted finished good and materials inventory.
5. Formulate and manage manpower and training plan.
6. Ensure discipline, 5S and Safety in the assigned team.
7. Ensure monthly and yearly closing are done accurately and timely.
8. Ensure compliance to the ISO/OSHAH Standard Procedures.
9. Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification
Degree in Logistic / Supply Chain Management
Experience
Fresh graduate / 1-2 years relevant experience would be required
Skills Required (Must Have)
. Good communication, planning and negotiation skills
. Good analytical and people management skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Proficient in Advanced Excel
Skills Required (Good to Have)
. Knowledge in SAP and WMS applications
