Job Summary
Monitor and coordinate daily transport operations, plan and assign driver duties, handle customer feedback, and improve workflows to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily transport operations and coordinate with stakeholders to manage contingencies effectively
- Plan and schedule client assignments by coordinating and assigning duties to drivers based on operational needs
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints to improve overall service experience
- Propose and implement improvements to operational workflows to enhance efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Adapt to operational contingencies by responding outside regular working hours as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support operational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting
- Fluent in English and Chinese to handle client and associate communications effectively
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday with flexibility to respond to operational contingencies outside regular hours
