Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational activities of a retail shop
- Attending to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
- Cashiering and promotion of products
- Carry out any other retail duties as assigned by Manager
- Receive, store, and issue materials for the grocery store
- Keep records and compile stock reports
- Service the customers
- Store records or related materials
- Ensure proper operation
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Coordinate delivery schedule with customer care
- Ability to read and understand product labels
- Perform daily store operations including receipt and storing of in-coming goods, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
- Observe store housekeeping rules including store cleanliness, order and proper storage of materials (rubber products into black bags).
- Willing to learn and work on different processes that assigned by the supervisor
- Perparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods.
- Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
- Responsible for the sales of your category of products
- Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Process payments by totaling purchases processing cash or other credit cards
- Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
Requirement
- Master Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Independent and team player with good leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented is a must
- Able to work on mid night shift and/or rotating shift
