Responsibilities
This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.
- Understand customer challenges and translate application and data‑driven requirements into clear inputs for R&D
- Support products throughout the lifecycle by contributing to launches, application readiness, and ongoing visibility
- Engage customers in pre‑sales activities to define product applications, configurations, and use cases
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and customer success
- Develop and deliver product, application, and technology content (training, documentation, multimedia)
- Train and consult field teams and customers on product features, applications, and best practices
- Ensure customers achieve value from our solutions, driving satisfaction and repeat sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in In‑Circuit Test, application engineering, customer service, or test support
- Strong electronics fundamentals, including schematic reading and troubleshooting using lab instruments
- Proven ability to handle critical customer escalations with professionalism and composure
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with strong collaboration and leadership ability
- Solution‑oriented, results‑driven, with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Experience in test development, data analytics, or software sales is a plus
