Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by analyzing their concerns to provide clear, detailed information and solutions
• Assess customer needs and deliver professional consultations to recommend and customize treatments and homecare plans
• Deliver attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction, promote business growth, and encourage repeat patronage
• Acquire and apply knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services to educate customers effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business operations
