Job description
In your new role you will:
- Business review preparation for sub-region level review
- Support Infineon Distribution business needs and apply Infineon policies effectively.
- Provide Business Analysis to the Distribution Sales Team.
- Perform regular KPI tracking with distributors and follow-up on actions.
- Lead Performance Management (Execution & Enablement) with Distribution Partners, e.g. enable Distribution Partners on tools and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree or Diploma (preferably major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, Business) with keen interest in sales/marketing role, sales operations, analyst role
- Proficient knowledge in at least 1 of the Reporting Tools (CEBIS, Business Objects, Tableau, Microsoft Office, etc.) is preferred
- Takes initiative to derive potential solutions, assess & resolve issues.
- Be meticulous on the job.
