Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Sales Staff: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and processing orders.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing basic product information and directing qualified leads to the sales team.
- Client Coordination: Help coordinate with clients regarding delivery schedules and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain Records: Keep sales records and customer information updated in our system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn the specifications and applications of our commercial refrigeration products.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying potential new clients through online research and other methods.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Requirements and Skills
- No prior sales experience is required a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Candidates with some experience in customer service or administration are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and helpful team player.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Proficiency in English is required.
