Role Description

The Product Operation Assistant supports the product management and operations teams in ensuring the smooth execution of product-related activities. This role involves coordinating day-to-day product operations, monitoring performance metrics, managing data and documentation, and assisting in the implementation of product strategies.

Key responsibilities include tracking product lifecycle activities, maintaining operational dashboards, supporting internal communication between teams, and preparing reports for management review. The Product Operation Assistant collaborates with product managers, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks. The role also includes assisting with process optimization, identifying operational inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 18 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with product management or data tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to follow procedures, maintain consistency, and support operational standards.
