Job Description

Position Summary

The Specialist, Digital Products plays a key role in shaping and improving AI products that enhance productivity, user experience, and business performance across the organization. This role is responsible in keeping our AI products operating effectively by taking day-to-day ownership, optimization and continuous improvement of assigned products. You will sit at the point where users, content and technology meet.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Products, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, performance, and quality of the products within your scope by curating the knowledge bases, running structured evaluations, diagnosing where responses fall short, and turning user feedback into the fixes and features that close the gap. You will take ownership of product quality, drive adoption, gather insights from users, and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines analytical thinking and quality-centric mindset with curiously for AI and digital solutions who wants to own how applied AI transforms the ways of working in a global healthcare business.

Job Responsibilities

Product Operations and Delivery

  • Take day-to-day operational ownership of assigned AI products, ensuring they remain reliable, relevant, and effective in production environments.
  • Build and curate the knowledge bases that power your products, by sourcing, structuring and refining the content that determines response quality.
  • Monitor product usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate testing, delivery and validate quality before release.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

  • Design and run structured evaluations of AI outputs (accuracy, tone, completeness, clinical appropriateness), diagnosing failure patterns and driving fixes.
  • Refine prompts, retrieval and content based on test findings to continuously improve real- world performance.
  • Investigate response failures, identify root causes, and implement improvements through prompt refinement, knowledge optimization, or process enhancements.
  • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance product effectiveness.
  • Work with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Products to evaluate new requests, define requirements, and shape product roadmaps.

User Experience & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and business needs to ensure AI products deliver intuitive and impactful experiences.
  • Translate user needs and feedback into clear requirements for the development team.
  • Support rollout, user enablement and user adoption activities across regions including training, communications, and change management initiatives.
  • Work in an agile, digitally focused project team with global impact.

Job Requirements:

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product management, product / business operations, software/AI testing, customer experience or related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools, chatbots, prompt engineering, retrieval-based systems, or knowledge bases is an added advantage.
  • Experience supporting delivery, operation, enhancement, or continuous improvement of digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled solutions.
  • Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, relevance, and user usefulness is an added advantage.
  • Strong content structuring, documentation, and knowledge management skills.
  • Strong understanding of user needs and a demonstrated ability to improve products, processes, or customer experiences through data, feedback, and structured problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with user feedback, product testing, or quality improvement workflows is an advantage.

Aptitude

  • Analytical and quality-focused, with a strong interest in understanding why AI outputs succeed or fail.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, methodical and detail-oriented, with the curiosity to keep learning new AI tools, techniques, and evaluation methods.
  • Able to take ownership of a product area and drive continuous improvement independently.
  • Keen interest in AI and medical technology.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the openness to learn from others.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative, and is committed to building deep expertise while growing with the team.

Operational Skills

  • Strong command of written English, with the ability to assess and improve content quality.
  • Keen interest to learn about clinical, and product information and translate it into structured knowledge assets.
  • Able to document findings, recommendations, and requirements clearly and consistently.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate across product, technical, and business teams.
