BIM Lead/Specialist, C&S

• Take overall responsibility for creating BIM content and production documents to deliver BIM-assisted projects, with proficiency in architectural 3D models
• Perform QA/QC on modeller and consultant models against organisation VDC/IDD standards, and prepare models for clash detection coordination
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication - including shop drawings and other documentation derived directly from the models - while interpreting engineering drawings and consultant RFI updates to reflect design intent
• Create and maintain 3D families, and build BIM models with correct parameters and attributes to support 4D simulation and 5D cost management, flagging discrepancies to the BIM Engineer as they arise
• Liaise with the team on shop drawing production, participate in knowledge-sharing, and act as technical advisor to junior modellers within the organisation

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or related studies
• At least 1-3 years of working experiences in BIM functions (ideally from C&S/CSA Trade/Discipline)
