Site Manager

Job Description:

The role requires hands-on management of site works, ensuring proper coordination, quality, and timely delivery of ACMV installations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage and supervise daily ACMV site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.

. Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material delivery to meet milestones.

. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

. Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues promptly.

. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.

. Provide guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and workers.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.

. Minimum 5-8 years of ACMV site management experience in large-scale construction projects.

. Strong knowledge of ACMV systems installation, testing, and commissioning.

. Good understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work on-site full time at Tuas.

. Willingness to work at Tuas area. Transportation is provided from nearest MRT station to site office
