Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance according to Singapore regulations and company standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and attend project meetings.

• Implement and enforce safe work practices on-site.

• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety standards (e.g., WSH Act).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.
