Site Manager

Site Manager at Right Construction Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position is based in Singapore and will involve managing all on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities

• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients

2. Team Supervision

• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and vendors

• Assign tasks and monitor performance

• Conduct site meetings and briefings

• Resolve on-site conflicts and issues

3. Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Conduct regular safety inspections

• Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Investigate and report incidents or accidents

4. Quality Control

• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to specifications

• Conduct inspections and quality checks

• Ensure materials used meet required standards

5. Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project expenses and control costs

• Manage site materials and equipment

• Coordinate deliveries and inventory

• Minimize waste and avoid delays

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, reports, and permits

• Track labor hours and equipment usage

• Prepare progress and incident reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

• Proficiency in project management software
