Job Description:
We are hiring a committed Site Manager to lead site operations and ensure timely and quality project delivery. You will coordinate workers, sub-contractors, and resources to meet deadlines, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and manpower deployment
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues
- Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality assurance
- Prepare reports and update project timelines
- Ensure compliance with MOM and safety regulations (WSH)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in site/project management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with local construction standards and safety protocols
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Possess relevant certifications (e.g., BCSS, CSOC) is an advantage
