We are an established and growing electrical engineering company in Singapore specializing in commercial, industrial, and electrical installations. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for electrical installation projects.
- Lead and supervise site supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients, and authorities.
- Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce workplace safety in compliance with MOM and WSH regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction projects.
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial electrical works in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore electrical codes and regulations.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience working with consultants and main contractors.
