This role reports to the Operations Manager and serves as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and supply chain operations. It involves maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all business activities of the company and its partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Monitor shipments in coordination with contractors and vendors, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform accurate data entry, including opening and closing of files, and prepare costings aligned with invoice generation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively and provide updates to senior management.

• Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and quotations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, controls, customer service, and operational efficiency.

• Drive upselling of company products and identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

Requirements:

• Min. diploma, preferably in Logistics/Chemistry.

• Relevant working experience in the logistics industry.

• Prior experience in tank operations preferred.
