The Site Admin supports daily administrative functions on site and ensures smooth communication with HQ. Responsibilities include:
- Manage general site administration including handling calls and attending to visitors.
- Compile and submit site attendance and manpower records.
- Monitor staff and workers attendance and leave records.
- Assist in preparation and submission of site reports and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of delivery orders, invoices and site documents.
- Coordinate with site team and HQ on administrative matters.
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
