Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, acting as their advocate within the company.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using a structured account management approach to identify key clients and develop tailored strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and keep them informed about value-added service offerings.
- Drive sales initiatives by preparing proposals and coordinating internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Foster customer loyalty and growth through ongoing support and proactive engagement.
- Address customer complaints by investigating issues with internal teams, evaluating solutions, and recommending appropriate actions to clients.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and operations teams to address critical jobs and concerns.
- Understand customer needs and vertical market trends to develop effective pricing and sales strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Present proposals and solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide market intelligence including competitor insights, customer expectations, and industry developments.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside systems, Energy Services, and Building Services
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, and respond effectively to complex inquiries or complaints.
- Analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and draw sound conclusions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to offer tailored solutions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills to better serve customer needs.
