Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, acting as their advocate within the company.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, using strategic account management practices to identify key clients and develop tailored growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and promote value-added service offerings.
  • Identify sales prospects, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Support customer retention and growth through ongoing assistance and proactive engagement.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating issues with internal teams, evaluating solutions, and recommending appropriate actions to clients.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and operations teams to address critical jobs and concerns.
  • Understand customer needs and vertical market dynamics to develop effective pricing and sales strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Present proposals and solutions to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor insights, customer expectations, and industry trends.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, energy services, and building services.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documents; capable of handling sensitive inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to define problems, gather data, and draw sound conclusions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously upgrade skills to better serve customer needs.
