Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, acting as the customer's advocate within the organization.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using a structured account management approach to identify key clients and develop tailored strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and proactively communicate value-added service offerings.
- Identify sales prospects, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Promote customer loyalty and growth through ongoing support and engagement.
- Address customer complaints by investigating issues with internal teams, evaluating solutions, and recommending appropriate actions to clients.
- Facilitate regular service review meetings with customers and operations teams to address critical jobs and concerns.
- Understand customer needs and vertical market dynamics to develop effective pricing and sales strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Present proposals and solutions to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Provide market intelligence, including competitor insights, customer expectations, and industry trends.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, energy services, and building services.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering documents, and capable of handling sensitive inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Analytical skills with the ability to define problems, gather data, and draw sound conclusions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously upgrade skills to better serve customer needs.
