Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, acting as their advocate within the company.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts using a structured account management approach to identify key clients and develop tailored strategies for growth.
  3. Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  4. Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and keep them informed about value-added service offerings.
  5. Drive sales initiatives by preparing proposals and coordinating internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  6. Foster customer loyalty and growth through ongoing support and proactive engagement.
  7. Address customer complaints by investigating issues with internal teams, evaluating solutions, and recommending appropriate actions to clients.
  8. Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and operations teams to address critical jobs and concerns.
  9. Understand customer needs and vertical market trends to develop effective pricing and sales strategies.
  10. Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  11. Present proposals and solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  12. Provide market intelligence including competitor insights, customer expectations, and industry developments.
  13. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  2. Familiarity with HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside systems, Energy Services, and Building Services
  3. Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, and respond effectively to complex inquiries or complaints.
  4. Analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and draw sound conclusions.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a drive to offer tailored solutions.
  6. Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills to better serve customer needs.
