Job Summary

You will deliver expert service engineering solutions for refrigeration chillers, driving maintenance, installation, commissioning, retrofitting, and repair activities to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with sales and management to plan schedules and generate technical reports, while managing service assets and supporting local and overseas service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute service engineering tasks for refrigeration chillers to maintain and enhance system reliability and performance
  • Lead maintenance, commissioning, installation, retrofitting, and repair projects to meet customer specifications and operational standards
  • Plan sales schedules and prepare detailed reports to inform management decision-making and track service outcomes
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and technical problems to uphold high service quality
  • Create and generate comprehensive technical reports documenting service activities and system status
  • Manage and maintain assets dedicated to supporting service operations, ensuring availability and readiness
  • Identify and develop new service opportunities while providing proactive sales support to expand business growth
  • Coordinate and collaborate with contractors to ensure seamless execution of service projects
  • Travel locally and internationally to perform service tasks, ensuring consistent service delivery across locations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall service team objectives and company goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Engineering qualification as stated in the job requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web design, and 2D drawing software to support technical documentation and reporting
  • Strong customer service orientation demonstrated through effective oral and written communication skills
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do attitude to resolve technical challenges
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills applied to diagnose and address service issues independently
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset to achieve service targets and contribute to team success
