Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for printing equipment.
- Perform on-site servicing, installation, and commissioning of newly delivered equipment.
- Ensure smooth and reliable operation of machinery to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular service reports and updates on completed jobs.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Service/ maintenance experience in industrial equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 standby support schedule.
