Sales and Service Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Regional Sales and Service Engineer.

The role involves providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to clients across the region.

Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, repair, and calibration of monitoring systems, training customers on proper equipment usage, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and provide tailored solutions for clients condition monitoring needs.

Travel overseas occasionally

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma holder in Instrumentation, Automation or Mechanical

• 2 to 5 years in Vibration analysis with hands on installation experience onsite, with ISO 18436-2 CAT I or CAT II certification will be an advantage

• Experience in maintenance rotating equipment will be an advantage

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service to identify and resolve technical issues effectively on-site.

• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, deliver training, and provide clear technical explanations.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Prior experience in condition monitoring, reliability services, or a similar field is a plus.
